Gunsmith Simulator: V1.0 Update Guide (How to Start)

This guide is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the game’s basics and the new features introduced in the 1.0 update. Also, the eyesore secret room is included.

Basic information

For starters – this is the game, where you are working as gunsmith (obviously).

One of the most important things in your entire life now – is PC, where you can:
– check your mailbox to see if there are any new storyline and progression related messages, and trust me, you WILL need them, even when it feels you don’t need it now you better complete them all before continuing ASMR with your and customers guns;
– check the job board to see if there are any jobs you can do for money, or, on completion, return the weapon back to customer
note #1: completing more than one job on same type of weapon increases your skill in doing operations on that weapon, the progress can be seen on a board next to the PC, and the higher the skill – the more benefits you get, like quick disassembly, quick reassembly, challenges, etc
note #2: you can take more than one job in same time, if you see some good weapons which you like and need to increase your skill;
– buy parts for gun maintenance;
– use auction for buying yourself a gun or few, once you reach enough money.

By default aside from that you from the start already have ready to use assembly table and cleaning table, other tables and stations will be unlocked with your progression, eventually giving you opportunity of modifying or coloring your weapon at your wish.

Your car and what is it for

Yup, you have a car. Not the fanciest, but I guess character just likes some rustbuckets.

So what is it for? Soon after you start doing your progression quests, you will be getting opportunity of testing your guns by going to the shooting range (both for normal guns and for grenade launchers, will be unlocked later with progression), or do some CQB training using a gun you want for completing some ingame challenges and/or achievements.

Photo room and some secret

You might’ve already seen that dark place, right? Well, what are you waiting for, jump right up, they give candies in here!

Or perhaps, some suspiciously small room, where you can make photos of your gun and they will be used when you check your gun safe or sell on auction. But… something is really fishy about this room… hmm… I can hardly tell what is that… maybe I can read something in the books?

Waaaaait… I think I remember this book! It’s cheat codes for Resident Evil, telling how to play as femboy Leon Kennedy saving Moushley! I wanna read it!!!

Wooooooooooooooooooooooo
What a… I guess fortunate turn of events! Now room looks definitely bigger! But..s is there a stair? I wonder what’s down there…

Fascinating! It’s a completely empty fallout shelter! Well, since nobody already believes in any fallouts, it can be decorated to become a weapon exhibit or just a really cozy living room for your tired gunsmith butt!

Conclusion

The 1.0 update brings new features and secrets to discover, making the game even more immersive. I hope this guide will help you.
