If you’re starting a new game plus, grab the bottles from the first med cabinet in the hub. If you’re not starting fresh and just need more vials, you can skip this step.

Step 2: Crafting Tranquilizer Darts
Begin by crafting tranquilizer darts and use all the chemicals you have. This will ensure that you get a refill from Doc.

Step 3: Exploiting the Refill Glitch
After using all your darts, do not pick them up. Instead, go get the refill from Doc. Then, return and pick up one of the darts you made. You’ll notice that after picking up one dart, you receive another refill message from Doc.
